Shipping Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! Currently we are only shipping across Canada. 
Pick-up option is only available in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. 

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all provinces across Canada, excluding the territories.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 CAD (before tax and after discounts). 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, please note that delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Carrier service interruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to support you in resolving any issues.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and any relevant photos if applicable.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
